As the Psalmist say in Psalm 121 "My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth" I've found over the years that when I've had a "bad time" in my life when I've felt like giving up, I've had to Turn my eyes upward and seek the Lord again.
Because Jesus said I am with you ALWAYS! you can simply turn and there He is, ready willing and able to supply all our needs acording to His riches!
Paul and Silas must of felt like giving up when put in prison, but no the prayed and sung songs to the Lord and he opened their chains and their prison doors and they were free.
So don't look down, look up!
